Building a healthier society can no longer rely solely on the healthcare sector, as collaboration among medical professionals, health technology providers, educators, wellness practitioners, and the financial industry becomes increasingly important in shifting healthcare from treatment toward disease prevention.

That message was central to the Pause, Heal & Realign: Health, Wealth & Future Readiness forum, held in Jakarta on Friday, June 26, 2026. The event was jointly organized by Pause & Rebuild Indonesia and KT Cap Consulting, a strategic advisory and business development firm.

The forum brought together stakeholders from multiple industries with a shared vision of building a more preventive, personalized, and sustainable healthcare ecosystem in Indonesia.

The event opened with a Sound Healing Reset Experience led by Master C, introducing participants to mindfulness and relaxation techniques as part of a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Participants then attended a series of discussions covering the future of healthcare, including disease prevention, data- and genomics-driven personalized healthcare, metabolic health, healthy ageing, and the development of sustainable consulting practices.

The forum featured ecosystem partners representing different perspectives on holistic health. Pathgene by Pathomics Health introduced a genomics-based approach designed to help individuals better understand their personal health risks. Meanwhile, 42 by Detalytics discussed the use of health data to support more informed decision-making in daily life.

TOS Skin highlighted healthy ageing and skin health as essential components of long-term quality of life. One Knowledge Academy explored human capacity development and lifelong learning, while Soultaropy emphasized the importance of balancing emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being throughout an individual’s life journey.

Beyond presentations, the forum also served as a platform for collaboration through networking sessions, consultations with ecosystem partners, and the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU), symbolizing a shared commitment to strengthening cooperation in developing Indonesia’s preventive healthcare ecosystem.

Reinita Hariyanti, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PT KTCC Pause & Rebuild Indonesia, said today’s healthcare challenges require a more collaborative approach.

“For too long, we have focused our conversations on how to treat disease. In reality, the future of healthcare is about helping more people stay healthy. That cannot be achieved by a single company or a single profession alone. It requires an ecosystem that brings together science, technology, wellness, education, and communities around a common purpose,” Reinita said.

She said the collaboration was built on the belief that transforming healthcare requires a multidisciplinary approach. The forum was therefore designed as a platform where experts, industry leaders, and communities could exchange knowledge, build professional networks, and develop collaborations capable of delivering tangible benefits to society.

Through the initiative, Reinita said she hopes more organizations across different sectors will participate in fostering a culture of healthy living centered on prevention, personalization, and community empowerment.

The organizers said cross-sector collaboration will play an increasingly important role as Indonesia seeks to strengthen preventive healthcare and encourage healthier lifestyles through innovation, education, and community engagement.
